BikesClan is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice. it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, BikesClan has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

2. Full Payment:

Your order complete when we receive your full payment, payments can be only online.

We do not reserve your product without payment.

An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. as confirmation of your registration.

3. Cancellation Requests:

4. Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 business days prior to day of delivery will be subject to an administration fee of 10 percent of the product price.

  • Refund requests made between 7 business days prior to day of delivery are subject to a 10% percent service fee.

  • No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the 8 day of delivery.
